Emma Bulley was born in London in 1961; and now lives in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK. She studied art in London, Cardiff and Liverpool and has worked as a Lecturer in Higher Education since 1993. She has exhibited in the UK and sold her work to private collectors.
